Registered Provisional Psychologist

At each step in life, I think we do the best we can. When struggling, it can feel like we’re not doing enough. Sometimes we don't see ourselves as enough, period. In these seasons, life can feel overwhelming and lonely. I see counselling as an opportunity to accompany you through these times. I believe good therapy begins with an open, trusting relationship. As a result, I try to create a space where you can fully express yourself. Angry, numb, dejected (and anything else!) – your reactions, feelings, and thoughts are welcomed.

I am a Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. My background and experiences are with older children, youth, young adults, and adults in individual therapy, with various concerns. This includes: anxiety, depression, parenting, self-criticism, and overwhelming emotions. My main approach is client-centred and emotion-focused. Simply put, this means I try to create an empathic, non-judgemental space and work with you on whatever is most needed.  I also draw from several other therapy approaches to help meet you where you’re at.

At its core, I hope that therapy is a place where you feel understood and accepted wherever you are in life. From this place, I hope to encourage & walk with you to reach your goals. I would love to connect if you're interested in learning more!
