How much does a session cost?

Sessions are $235 per 50-minute session.

Is there a sliding scale?

How long is a session?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Let us know if you have questions about scheduling.

Do you offer video or online counselling?

Yes. Video / online counselling is available for clients who prefer to meet remotely, alongside in-person sessions in Leduc.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments are scheduled by email or phone (587-906-2255). There is no online booking. We’ll help match you with the right clinician and a time that works for you.

Who will I see?

When you reach out, we’ll match you with the clinician best suited to what you’re looking for.

What should I expect in the first session?

An unhurried space to get comfortable, share what brings you in, and set a gentle pace together. There’s no pressure to cover everything at once.
