In Play Therapy, a trained clinician follows the child’s lead, using toys, art, and imaginative play to help them express what can be hard to put into words. Over time, this process builds emotional understanding, resilience, and a renewed sense of safety.
Sessions are warm, unhurried, and never forced. The child sets the pace, and the therapist creates the conditions for growth.
