Margaret Joyce

I am a Registered Social Worker and Canadian Certified Counsellor with over 13 years of experience in social work. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support people from many different backgrounds. I believe in taking the time to get to know the person sitting across from me and understand what they hope to gain from counselling. I work with adults experiencing stress, facing difficult decisions, navigating life transitions, or seeking support with personal growth. Over the years, much of my work has involved supporting individuals with pregnancy and reproductive decisions, including the emotional and personal challenges that can accompany these situations. I approach counselling with warmth and compassion, and with respect for each person's individual experiences and circumstances. I believe that people know themselves and their lives best. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you at a pace that feels comfortable. My hope is to create a space where you feel heard and supported as we work together through the concerns and challenges you are facing.
